Bee Cave Birthday Parties
AcroTex Gymnastics Birthday parties provide gym time supervised by instructors and offers structed games and free play. All ages, toddlers to teens will have a blast!
Cost:
$325.00 for up to 15 children. Each child over 15 is $10.00 each, up to a maximum of 35. This includes all children ages 2 and older. Siblings will be included in the head count. All children ages 2 and under must be 100% supervised by a parent at all times.
Head Count:
For adequate staff purposes, final head count is due by the Monday before your party. We will try our best, but cannot guarantee additional staffing for head counts increased after the Monday deadline.
Reservations:
We require a $100.00 deposit or payment in full, upon booking. The remaining balance will be charged on the Monday before the party, after the final head count is given.
Party Times:
You are allowed in the party room 15 minutes before the party begins. Party ends 1.5 hours after the start time. You will have an additional 15 minutes after your party to finish loading up and clearing out while the staff is cleaning.
Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Parties may be rescheduled without penalty if done at the least 2 weeks prior to the reserved date. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the party will result in a loss of the deposit.
Parents will be responsible for all party supplies including cake, drinks, paper goods and party favors. In keeping with company policy, alcohol is not permitted at AcroTex and is strictly enforced.
