Georgetown Birthday Parties

AcroTex Gymnastics has been doing Gymnastics parties for years, but we have reinvented the party experience. We offer kids Birthday parties or Gymnastics parties for any occasion at our Georgetown gym. We provide gym time supervised by instructors who will lead games and supervise free play to ensure safety and maximize fun! All ages toddlers to teens will have a blast! Your private instructor will help with set-up, serving food, and with presents! We provide clean-up when the party is over, as well as help with anything else you need.

Parties can be stressful. We work hard to take care of everything behind the scenes so you can enjoy the party just as much as your child.

AcroTex Party Package- $300.00 (Tax included)

1 hour of fun for 15 children in our big gym, and 30 minutes for food & gifts. There is a $10 charge for each additional child over 15. This number includes all children participating on the floor. Siblings will be included in the head count. This is a private party, so you will have the gym to yourselves!

Reservations: $75 non-refundable deposit is required when the party is booked. The balance is due the Friday before your party

Head Count: For adequate staff purposes, a final head count is due by the Monday before your party. We will try our best, but cannot guarantee additional staffing for head counts increased after the Monday deadline.

Party schedule: You will have access to the party area 15 minutes before the party begins. An additional 15 minutes is allotted after your party ends to finish loading up gifts and party extras.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Waivers: A waiver is needed for all children attending an AcroTex Gymnastics birthday party. There is one included on the AcroTex Gymnastics birthday party invitation, or if you do not have one, you may print out the waiver below, fill it out with the child's information, and bring it to the AcroTex Gymnastics party your child will be attending.

Parents will be responsible for all party supplies including cake, drinks, paper goods and party favors. In keeping with company policy, alcohol is not permitted at AcroTex.
